Wrinkles. Fine-lines. Ageing.
These are some of the words we use, think, contemplate and really get mad over, everytime we see our faces in the mirror and see a few unwanted and really disturbing lines appearing literally out of nowhere! I mean come on. Every time I take a close look at the mirror, there are so many problems starting from acne to dark spots and big visible pores to laugh lines that it really saddens my heart.
We cannot be blamed completely though. We all go through lives encountering a million things that damage our gentle, beautiful skin and cause permanent damages over time. Much to the chagrin of girls, Make-up is one of them. We all look fabulous wearing them but we all know deep down that our tender skin is paying for all the layers and layers of products loaded on it. Specially the skin on our face and neck who bear the brunt of it.
Besides Make-up some of the Skin-Damaging factors are: dust, pollution, over-the-counter products (that do more harm than good), wrong techniques of applying cream (or face wash) and perhaps the greatest factor of all, stress, tension and of course really ageing.
We all know about Day Creams and Night Creams by now. By the power of advertising, we know the basic 3 steps to Skin-care:
1. Cleansing
2. Toning
3. Moisturising
Now, many of us skip the 2nd point and directly go to the third but today's question is not just about the 3-Steps to Ultimate Skin-care.
Today let's delve a little deep into something which is kind of a paradox. We all know about it. Maybe we have/had used it. But the question still remains....
